Will-power and a lack of support

DP promised me he would support me in my bid to lose a stone and a half from Jan 01. He PROMISED.

So last night, we're sat in front of the TV and he says "you know, I just fancy cooking up that chinese stuff in the freezer"

he then brought the chocolates down and opened me a bottle of lager

So I've realised I'm going to need to do this without support and with a hell of a lot of will power.

Any advice much appreciated!

Make him shop for himself & you do the same...He'll soon get bored & have to eat what ever you've bought (all healthy options)My Husband is exactly the same...Im 3 months pregnant & over weight pre pregnancy, doc advised me to try stay the same weight throughout not diet - husband offers choc's etc etc but as soon as I help myself he has a trauma!!! Went swimming the other day, he was not impressed....I think its an insecurity thing & he just wants you to be someone who in his mind is not as attrative to other people when your heavier! He doesnt want you running off with someone else when your full of confidence & wearing a size or 2 smaller sexier clothes.....but thats just my opinion! You go for it!!!
