Good old Mr Motivator. He did one with several short sections you could put together into your own workout. I get easily bored, so I thought it was great I could choose to do a 'bums and tums', followed by the 'thighs', followed by 'cardio', and then do a completely different set of exercises the next day.
Mr M is cheesy-beyond-cheese and still wearing dodgy neon lycra , but the workout's fantastic and just enough to get you puffing without completely knackering you. (If you can handle the dodgy music, that is!)

I have one it is called 'Davina my three 30 minute workouts .Pump cardiobox core stability'
I wouldn't recommend that one.I have done it twice and hurt my knee both times (normally no problems with my joints.Fortunately it was better after a day or so by using ice uimmediately and a compresssion bandage ).
I have been doing a Martine McCutcheon one and that is quite good.Quite easy in terms of intensity but quite dancey.
I also tried a very old Lizzy Webb (the Green Goddess) who was on BBC breakfast time TV while MrM was on ITV .Another blast from on the past
