Eating ALL of your points on WW

Hello all

Wondering if someone who follows WW can help me. I have an allocation of 27 points a day, quite a bit but i have quite a lot to loose. I know that you can carry a limited amount of points over and save them or do exercise & earn them but i wondered whether I should be eating ALL of my points every day (except for when I am saving). Has anyone noticed whether this affects weightloss at all?

Many thanks

Eat them all! Some strange thing about your body going into 'starvation mode' when you don't have enough - body tends to cling to the lot thinking that it's going to starve - then you lose very little. Good luck! - enjoy that extra mince pie - you now have to eat it!

Definitely eat them all. I tend to eat my points but not my extra ones gained through exercise, at least not yet.

With a right old dollop of clotted cream I hope?!

I used to find if I didn't generally eat enough of my points (ie dropped more than 4 a day over more than a couple of days) my weightloss slowed right down and I felt like crud.

You shouldn't drop more than four a day, and I think you shouldn't save up more than 12 a week

I think because as you lose weight you drop a point for every new stone you get to, it's easier to eat all your points now and then you can cut back as your weight goes down.
Also you'll lose weight more slowly by eating all your points, but you'll be less likely to start eating like mad when you're starving and put it all back on again.

So eat you points if you want you'll still lose weight.

Eat your food points but you can save your exercise points

I used to eat all my points if I wasn't saving them but I tried to never eat my exercise points.
