It is great. It is the exercise that makes the class-why would you miss that? I got to my goal weight in 6 months and have stayed there for 6 months. I still go every week.

I went to a salsacize RC class.
Really good support from the class leader and her team, the weigh-ins were private and the exercise was really fun.
I'd fully recommend it.

(I don't go now because I work on the same day as that class and I've got a very good value gym membership instead)

Thanks

They are starting seveal classes in my area in January. I need to lose about 21 lbs and can't seem to stick to anything I try and do myself.

I tried on my own and failed, but the discipline of being weighed once a week kept me from lapsing. Once the weight dropped off I really don't want it back. The talk is short, which suits me-there is only a limited amount of ways that you can say 'eat less, exercise more'-although our instructor has managed a different way each week! I thought I hated exercise classes, but found that it was good fun and everyone has a laugh. Give it a try-good luck.
