i only really need to lose 1/2 a stone and im wondering if having some scales in the house would be a good insentive. i know why the weight went on and im tackling it but the only scales i have are my wii fit which i have to say is redundent. and i cant be arsed to get it out as often as id like to weigh my self, not obbsevive but every couple of days is this too much should i just stick to the wii or ivest in some scales?

I weigh every night in my nightie and need to know how I'm doing. It varies by a pound or two but lets me know broadly if I'm going up or down and helps me identify what causes the most problems.

I do weigh myself as part of my diet but sometimes I think just looking in the mirror and/or feeling what your clothes feel like is just as good especially as you don't have much to lose.
