I have been poorly for the last few days and not been able to swallow much food - I had a couple of spoons of soup yesterday but the rest of my intake has been water or ribena and pain killers.
I have gone from 13st 5 to 12st11 since sunday night. my tummy is not flat but significantly less bloated.
I need to start eating as I feel weak and my throat is starting to feel a little better but what can I start eating that will be better for me.
I had thought to avoid caffine for a while as I haven't missed it
I don't want to leave any food group out in total but are there better things to eat first that will give me a little energy back?
