woo hoo hots and its not fri yet!!!...

just power walked dd2 for an hour and 10 minutes.. was a woman on a mission!!!

VintageGardenia · 03/02/2010 12:16

LOL at bun level!

Glad to see your sneak preview is a happy one hots!

Still feeling a bit weird on my wacko specialised diet, I'm not stuffing it in by any means, if anything I think I am going off rich food! No carbs and no sugar - even if I only manage it for a few weeks it has to do my body some good.

Of course I might be carried off by a coronary before that...

hotterpotter · 03/02/2010 21:41

Dizzy you're insatiable ,erm I mean you're a bit paranoid about the state of your floor

Good re food today and have done another 40 minutes on bike tonight, slower due to wonky knee but still a bit sweaty so must have done some good

I do love my flooring and shifts don't allow ongoing opportunity for giving them a good scrubbing so needs must when I can

DH and I are going out for a run tomorrow again, I just have to inform him!!!

VintageGardenia · 03/02/2010 21:59

Keep up the good work dizzy! Glad you're being regularly ... floored .

luckoftheirish · 04/02/2010 07:18

morning ...

body combat for me today if my back can stand it and day 2 of the big clean... anyone else anxious about hopping on the scales tom???

hotterpotter · 04/02/2010 08:17

Not anxious here Loti as I have jumped on every day once or twice and know my hard work has paid off this week just excited to see how low it will actually go!

Having a day off exercise today, have already done 3x ExerSazzes and will be going swimming tomorrow but might have a brisk walk into town at lunchtime to buy a birthday present.

Loti don't go crazy you need your back in good working order for your mucky mini break

am continuing to be very good today in the hope that when i hop on the scales tom i will see good news.. sazz food focus a godsend

VintageGardenia · 04/02/2010 13:57

Well done loti! Glad you didn't have any diffs with your back. I would say Prague would have a lot of floors that need a little work.

Ahem

Now... da da da daaaaa I don't care that we are supposed to be weighing in the morning, you know sometimes in the night hot's dh comes and drips melted butter in your mouth in the night and so for fear there is different news tomorrow I am announcing that I have lost 3.8 pounds! Hurrah! Pleeeease let this be a "real" loss and not magically reappear tomorrow.

God knows what my cholesterol level is but I don't care about health I care about looks.

VintageGardenia · 04/02/2010 13:58

dizzeeRascal well done on the sweaty potato work! Fantastic.

I think 65 quid is ok for that lot! I'd expect to pay 30 each for the sports bras and 20 for the capris so I think it's a pretty good haul.

Well I mean euros I suppose.

hotterpotter · 04/02/2010 14:15

Wasn't particularly brisk but did walk to town and back and 50 mins of meandering duly added to food focus. No swimming tomorrow either as my colleagues are buggering off and leaving me to look after the director on my own. Oh well.

Loti
