Here we are, thanks Cyteen for the excellent title although it's slightly false advertising on my part

ok hold on, dbrother on phone

dizzydixies · 30/01/2010 22:33

right am back, dh now home and have informed him that from now on if he's wanting some he has to refer to it as floor scrubbing

he's a touch about it only being 82 calories worth and is threatening to wear a sweat vest to burn off more calories in future!!

a bloke in his work has started wearing them to do his workouts and has lost 2.5 stone in 6wks by wearing them

its a good thing actually, he's just split from his wife who has taken the kids and he's dealing with it by getting fit and healthy - apparently these sweat vests are the best things ever in his eyes he leant one to one of the girls who had to wear a long t-shirt when she was out running as she was sweating so much she looked like she'd wet herself

dizzydixies · 30/01/2010 23:12

LOL VG

Ooh a weekend in Gloucestershire, sounds good, but Red will be disappointed if we don't go to Dublin...

OP posts:
hotterpotter · 30/01/2010 23:17

Also FFS Dizzy stop making me feel inadequate

OP posts:
VintageGardenia · 30/01/2010 23:17

Perhaps we'll all be getting down on all fours more frequently now we have renewed vigour.

dizzy, albs - what would you like me to put in as targets for 11 weeks from now? Or do you not want that additional pressure of having interim milestones to meet - totally understandable if so, am not trying to exert pressure, only to wave carrots.

dizzydixies · 30/01/2010 23:22

ah now Hots if you'd met my DH you'd understand, he's dreamy

VG, I'm aiming for the shorted, smaller targets but could work one out for 11wks if you wish - is there a reason for the 11wks?! I'm on a 30day gym challange at the minute to loose 6lbs and other daily targets from the general challange but thats my personal one

VintageGardenia · 30/01/2010 23:28

Well hots has a birthday in 9 weeks, Sazz has weekend away in 12 weeks and I want to lose 11 pounds so I just picked it really. Tell me tomorrow if you want or the next day.

mwah mwah

VintageGardenia · 30/01/2010 23:29

dizzy's husband is, I can confirm, the very definition of tall, dark and handsome . And v lovely too.

VintageGardenia · 30/01/2010 23:30

dizzydixies · 30/01/2010 23:32

ah bless you VG, kind with your words as always

shall have a think about the 11wk goal for you tomorrow
