I just cannot seem to get back on track ...
started ww at the end of June and over a 3 month or so period lost 25lbs bringing me down from an 18 to a loose 16. YAY!

At the beginning of October I discovered I was pregnant so gave up WW but still ate healithy, just not counting points. A few weeks ago I had a miscarriage and started comforting eating (no big suprise there). I'm now trying to get back on track with the healthy eating at least but just cannot seem to do it.

I was doing so well and although I haven't put any of the weight back on (thankfully) I'm finding it hard to accept that I've slipped back to my old ways despite thinking I had "cracked it" by eating a wide variety of foods in reasonable portions and still having "treats" on an almost daily basis.

How can I get my WW mojo back (I can't face actually going back yet as told the leader I was suspending membership as was pregnant).

Any advice ladies?

Sorry to hear about your MC. I think its understandable to be comfort eating at the moment.
If you want to go bk to ww then how about sending your leader an email to explain your situation and that you would like to come back. that way you dont have to do it face to fce.

hth.
