I have been a bit rubbish and haven't gotten my arse into gear with my holiday diet. Lost about 7lb but then stayed the same over the past month or so. Am now at 10st 6 and wanted to be 9st 7 max for the holiday (am 5ft 3). Is there any point having a final mad push to try and get as much off as possible or am I only going to end up a couple of pounds lighter anyway.
Need some motivation - feeling a bit crappy
