I have found some trousers that I love but from buying them to wearing them I must have put weight on so I need to do something.

Total waste of money imo. Just do some abdominal exercises every night once the dc are in bed and you'll notice results. ANd drinkign more water will do you the world of good too.

I can't do anything that puts a strain on my stomach muscles so I thought this would be a gentler way of getting a smaller tummy.

Will drink more.
