I know it has been asked before.
Anyone doing this?
Can you tell me a bit about it?
I have successfully lost weight going to meetings but can't find the time.
Are the online tools useful?
Thanks

i did ww online for a few months, i did lose some weight but then a couple of friends said they were going to the meetings so i decided to start them instead and found that worked better as you have the fear factor of the weekly weigh in and support at the meeting. Overall going to the meetings is better but if its not convinient or you can't afford then online is still worth doing. The message boards on the online are particulary good with helpful people and i still used them when i started going to meeting.

PS. I've had to put WW on hold at the minute as 16 weeks pregnant

I have lost 1.5 stone on WW online and am now maintaining on my own. It works if you are disciplined, and there is a lot of info and motivation on the website. I always used to track my points very carefully. I think you need to be actively involved with it to make it work. I logged on several times a day to update my points so I didn't forget stuff and cheat! As far as the dreaded weigh in goes I went same day and time to Boots (and still do) and get a print out with weight, BMI etc on it. I would certainly do it again and it encouraged me to record everything, every day, rather than just go to meeting once a week and forget about it in between. Basically it works if you do!
