I am trying to eat much healthier, and i have discovered Innocent Veg Pots- they are FANTASTIC but... i am not a millionaire, and i really cant afford one everyday-so i was going to try and make some myself, then freeze in individual portions.

There is one problem- I have no idea where to start!!!!!!!!!!!! here is innocents page so i can see what their ingredients are, then i guess its trial and error from there!!
Does anyone want to help me? post your receipes on here for innocent veg pot type meals!!!!!!!

I did this! And it was BRILLIANT until my stupid work got rid of the microwave .

I started by buying 5 veg pots - one of each fflavour (when they were on offer) and keeping the sleeve to each which meant I had aall the ingredients listed. Then on a Sunday I'd make a batch of a tomatoey/morrocan/thai sauce then put in whatever I had in the house - I bought loads of tinned chick peas/beans etc, open one and divide whatever I opened between the 3 pots (3 at a time seem to stay fresh as long as you eat them all by Weds if you're making them Sunday), then a dollup of sauce in each one, then the veg - which I varied each week, you need to precook it obviously, but I found I'd just do extra of whatever I was doing for Sunday lunch and then one extra - roasted sweet potato or something.

Then another dollup of sauce on top of this and then just a handful of spinach leaves (the fresh baby spinach ones) and you're all done Well worth a bit of effort on a Sunday night
