I've got about 6 stone to lose and I plan to lose it over a year (looking for 1/2 stone a month on average).
It's too easy to say I'll do it after Christmas (knowing I'll just put more on by then)so I'm making a committment now to try and shift 7-10lbs by 25th Dec.
We've got Wii Fit and I'd like to make use of it to help tone up as I go along.
Anyone got any tips in terms of what exercises to do and how long to go on for?
