Beware of buying on internet!!! Alot of these companies scam you and share out your details and as they set up a recuring payment you cannot stop them without major hassle. You dont get your free trial and they will take inexcess of £50 a month, if you are lucky!!!

I have it as part of my herbal tea fix. Tesco do a nice one, superfruits herbal tea or some sort. Is lovely. And cheap

I'm down to shifting my last stone.

I'm now going down the Jordan/Posh Spice route. I'm on lots of herbal drinks, no caffine etc. No Dairy. No Carbs. Lots of fruit and veg etc. Loving veggie smoothies. (Try carrot, cucumber and ginger lovely in winter and very filling).

i've got a juice drink from holland and barratt. it def gives you a boost :-)
