Cellulite - how to shift it...

My size /weight is fine - but my horror zone is between my hips and knees - it's all cellulite.
All suggestions on how to shift it would be gratefully received. I try to go to the gym twice a week but only get time for 30 minutes -due to work / school.

Thanks

I found giving up dairy the only thing which had any effect, but it really did work. Exercise didn't work for me.

I now have only a small patch of cellulite on my outer thigh, i'm trying to get rid of the last bit by dry skin brushing with cypress essential oil. I've only done it for 2 weeks so can't say if that is going to do much yet though.

Have you tried diet or massage/dry brushing or just exercise so far?

Thanks Sesi for your tip.
I haven't tried anything yet - but one look in the mirror this morning was enough to motivate me !

How long do you have to give up the dairy before you notice any difference? What do you use instead of milk?

Oh interesting! I really do have this same problem. Oh but I can't have my lovely tea without milk. What will I drink all day every day then?

I gave up dairy for 12 weeks; it was about 6 weeks in that I noticed a difference. I?m less strict now and eat some organic yogurt and cheese once or week or so.

As far as milk substitutes go, luckily I like herbal tea but poor DH has been forced to live mostly dairy free too. So through trial and error Soya milk is best in tea/coffee and for cooking sauces etc. Oat milk is nicer for cereal and Rice milk best avoided.

Personally I think cellulite is diet related as I?ve done a lot of exercise and not made much impact but if you wanted to try the exercise approach this is a good workout for the thighs you can do at home.

I?m a bit of an expert on cellulite .

Oh Sesi thank you for this. You can be my cellulite mentor!
Any other tips gratefully received
