I really, really struggle with vegetables, and, not through lack of trying. They make me want to barf. It's not just the taste, its the texture too!
The only way I can eat them is smothered in, usually, highly calorific sauces or highly disguised.
Does anyone else suffer from this aversion? How do you get round it whilst trying to lose weight?
How I long to enjoy tucking into a salad or a plate of the green stuff but the very thought makes me retch!
Such a shame, too, as I can hardly encourage my children to eat what I can't bear myself!
