Right I eat 3 meals a day and dont eat many snacks (and never really have). I use EA Active (waiting for new one to arrive) on the hard setting along with some time on wii fit plus and we are talking 6 out of the last 7 nights here. I enjoy doing it but what I hate is stepping on the scales and finding my weight staying the same or even going up when I have worked so hard. I keep being told muscle weighs more than fat but its hard to get my brain around this when everything is so weight focused. My clothes fit better but I still feel fat because of what the scales say. Does anyone know how much more muscle weighs compared to fat? Should I chuck the scales out? Help cos Im close to giving up even though I hate my body as it is but this is utter torture to me!!!
