I dont usually post on here but thought I needed some expect advice

I Currently need to lose about 3 stones, managed to lose 2 stones a couple of years ago by not eating wheat and dairy for 2 weeks(advised)I was doing running, weights and swimming 3 times a week, and basically starving for 2 months..

I have managed to keep the weight off but still need to shift 3 stone..

I just cant seem to work out what to eat for lunch without turning to bread and need some suggestions, I tend to eat my main meal then followed by a salad with protein in the evening for dinner.

Exercise this time will consist of running 3 times a week with light weights and a dvd twice a week.
Thanks in advance

Some good wheat and dairy-free recipes here - though probably not sticky toffee pudding . How about soups? They keep you full for aaages, and there's no law that says you have to have bread with it?
