I was doing food focus before the summer and found it was a great way to get a realistic view of what I was eating and it stopped me from picking at food between meals as I saw how many calories I was adding.
I am trying to lose just under a stone, not by starving or cutting anything out completely but by becoming more aware of what I eat and finding some healthier alternatives and trying to do a bit of exarcise too.
