The less I eat, the more weight I gain

I'm feeling a bit down at the moment. I need to lose around a stone in weight but it just won't shift. I've tried everything over than pills and slimfast.

I've had days were all I've eaten is a low fat natural yogurt for breakfast, low fat soup for lunch and a child's size portion of dinner and if anything, the weight starts to creep upwards.

Sometimes I'm really tempted to just starve myself completely until it goes but I know I can't.

I am doing slimming world, and we are encouraged to eat lots, and I have eaten loads and lost 7lbs in 2 weeks. The whole idea behind SW is that you eat plenty. I am guessing you have tried SW before though?

No I've not tried any diet plans actually, I always assumed it would be just the same stuff as what I'm doing anyway.

Can I ask how I would go about joining sw? is it better than weight watchers?

I think its better than WW, but each plan suits different people. WW and SW are completely different though. with WW you are only allowed so many points worth of food a day, an dthen no more. With SW you have a list of "free" foods that you can each as much as you liek of. This suits me better, as i am an eater lol. Plus Ive lost more with SW, because I can stick to it better and not have to go to bed early because I am hungry

Its easy to join, either online or at a local group. Have a look at their website, and maybe WW too, and see if you thik it would suit your lifestyle.
