Nose away BAHB . I am pretty much doing my own thing and weighing myself at home now. It all started out with a sponsored slim at work which gave me the incentive to get things started and I have just been trying to keep it up from there. It's very slow going but I am please that I have lost 1 stone now.
I'm not following any plan in particular but have cut out dairy altogether apart from one day a week when I allow myself some choccy. This is mostly due to the fact I am lactose intolerant. I have been losely following Paul McKenna's 'I can make you thin' rules:
Eat only what you want to eat.
Eat conciously (sp?) (this is supposed to make you taste every mouthful and notice when you are full).
Eat when you are hungry.
My main problem is that I don't eat regularly enough - I don't eat a huge amount, just the wrong stuff at the wrong time.
Are you following a plan BAHB (and everyone else)? You are doing brilliantly BTW, how long has it taken you to lose so much? I really need to get 4 stone off but would be very happy with 3.
