why? GI is really healthy. Is it sugar and caffine cravings that have kicked in do you think?

possibly. i have my one morning cup and then have herbal or fruit tea through the day as normal. I don't tend to eat sugary stuff. I haven't changed my diet in a huge way except for cutting out potatoes, cheese, bread and butter.

I am missing wine.

Maybe it's just work knackerdness but I just feel utterlyt exhausted and washed out. .

I had 12 hours sleep last night.

and I'm hungry and bored with it.

Will be having a glass or two of red tonight.
