Neris and India's Idiot proof diet. I am a total convert. I did it a few years ago to lose some weight before my friends weddign and the weight dropped off. Then I got pg with ds and I piled weight on, and am still 2 stone over what I was before I had him, 16 months ago . I have been back on the diet for 12 days and have lost 11 pounds. My skin is amazing and I have bags of energy. And best of all, I don't go hungry. It really does work

hi have you tried slimmers world i have just finished that and it worked fantastic. i lost 2 stone without trying that hard. i have pcos as well so cant proccess any kind of sugar that well even sugar from fruit. so if you choose the slimmers world diet try to limit your fruit even though it is unlimited. good luck

why not just stick to three healthy meals a day and try not to snack in between? If you need to snack have something that will fill you up til the next meal eg fruit, raw ved, rice cakes, nuts, seeds.

I am doing this, just cutting out most of the crap and trying to only eat when i am hungry (ala paul mckenna) it works and you will lose just as much as ww but it feels more natural. I still have nice meals like my lasagne with cheese on top, but i have a slightly smaller portion and dont have. pudding. I don't feel like I am depriving myself and because i am cutting out biscuits and cakes (ie the bad high calorie stuff) I can still have the higher calorie stuff for meals eg cheese, sausages.

I honestly believe you dont need to buy low fat, low sugar stuff to lose wieght - its unnatural and it personally makes me feel like I am being punished.

Hi taytotayto, not sure if you have decided yet but have you tried Go Lower. I started it 7 weeks ago and have lost 26lbs so far. You lose about a stone a month on it. If you want any more info then ask and I will try to answer.
