Where can I buy £1 bottles of Slim Fast?

I used to buy bottles of Slim Fast (the pre-made up kind) from Boots, reduced from £1.35 to £1 a bottle.

They've now stopped discounting them - does anyone know where else does the discount? The 35p per bottle is quite a bit extra when you add it up over the week

any ideas?

doh, just went to order and postage is quite a lot.

Postage for the tins is cheaper but I can't be arsed with them prefer the ready made stuff. Do you know any shops that stock it at a discount?

i think u can get them in boots on offer for 3 for 2

boodleboot · 30/10/2009 16:04

do you find that the slimfast diet works for you then? i always dismiss it out of hand but have never actually tried it.....

CheeeseOnToast · 02/11/2009 12:04

ooh thanks wonderif I'll go back in and have a look, see if they do it on 3 for 2. This'll be just as good.

boodleboot I really do find it works. I'm not technically overweight, although I am in the upper range of my BMI. I find that it fills me up and somehow gets rid of cravings, so i'm less likely to snack which is my downfall. I have them a couple of days a week, and try to just eat healthily the rest of the time. so i'm not really following it properly, but i do find they work even a solo meal replacements, not part of the bigger programme.

they are nice too - the raspberry smoothie is my fave. It's definitely worth a try - just buy a couple and try a couple of days. they aren't expensive (much cheaper than my usual work lunches anyway) so it's worth a shot IMO. good luck x

Poundland get them in sometimes. Home Bargains and Bodycare also sell them cheaper.

Just wanted to add that Boots are now doing bottles for £1 each, if anyone's interested.
