Hi

I have tried these tablets and they supressed my appetite a little. I can't really comment further as I kept forgetting to take the tablet 1hr before mealtimes

Hope you will get some other responses.

i took it last year, did work, but not good for a sensible eating plan. im now doing Sw and with much more success xx
