Mandyc66 - laughed at your suggestion of sewing mouths up - my boss would love that - it might shut me up Feel much better today so went back to work but i've been really crabby and have given my poor long suffering boss a hard time - poor guy has eight women to deal with - he loves it really

I am considering the sewing option , with the back up of the leg chopping if neccessary !!!!!!!!

I am putting my sewing box back in the cupboard for this week, i lost 1.5 lbs!!!!!

Well done BAHB I have been terrible today, mainly because I have had to drive 150 miles at work due to an emergency, had no lunch organised and ended up stopping on the road and eating junk. This must stop today. I am really sore as well - have this pulled muscle at the top of my back and think I've aggravated it with the driving. Still tomorrow is another day and it will be a good one
You'll have to let me know what you think of Cyprus. It's a place I'd like to visit but Dh isn't too keen - don't know why - just typical contrary man I suppose

That stage when you stick is awful isnt it? I have lost 1 stone 5 now but stuck for ages! Stopped thinking about it and sort of kidded myself I wasnt on a diet anymore, couldnt bring myself to eat anything really bad though!!

I was too busy eating biscuits last night and forgot to send an email. I lost 1 lb, better than nothing I suppose .

I can't avoid it any longer, I am going to have to start exercising!

dont know why but I got on the scales this morning and had lost another 2lb. Not taking any notice though as its not weigh day and it could be back next week!!!!

its still off today...very strange!!!!

Hey mandyc66, haven't seen you on this weeks thread. Took me a while to figure out where everyone was - we are supposed to be here now!

Do you weigh yourself everyday BTW?

I am still going to wight watchers every week, but often forget to go to the lidbrary and email the results afterwards.

I promise to try harder to remember in future.

Saying that I am off to my mums tomorrow for a week so won't be getting weighed next week.
