I have had a headache all day and feel weak and lethargic.
I'm losing weight the way my DH did last year (8 stones in 12 months and keeping it off). Eating breakfast, lunch and dinner, with no snacks and lots of fish, chicken and brown rice. I need to lose about 3 stone realistically.
But I miss snacking and find it very hard to deal with the constant hunger.
Someone tell me it gets easier? DH says you get used to feeling hungry all the time but I don't think I ever will.
