Just logged on to see what this was all about, has anyone tried it? They give you a great range of diets to try from e.g. GI diet, low fat, no dairy etc. For a start I don't know which one to try and secondly what do you get for your subscription fee?

In the middle of looking right now - I'll give you feedback shortly... (looks good so far.. so far I've found out I have a small frame and I'm assessing my life style..)

I should reduce my BMI from 23 to 21 because I have a small frame (had to measure my wrist for that one. I should eat 1328 calories per day and....

.....now it want's me to pay...

Yup, that's the problem!! I suppose I have no way of knowing if it's good or not unless I fork out!
