I just saw you recommending a Davina DVD on another thread but it was really long so thought I would start another.
In an ideal world I would like to lose 2 1/2 stone. My weight is left over from having my 4 year old.
I wouldn't say I was fit at all tbh and I have asthma so need to get better.
I have separated stomach muscles from having my 4 year old and a little nervous about making them worse.
Part of the problem is not eating a proper breakfast if at all.
I tried the girl from Steps DVD and managed it for a bit but real life got in the way and I wasn't getting anything done in the house by the time I had done the DVD and then showered and changed. I also had problem following which way to go. I think someone doing the exercises with their back to you would help.
Would you be so kind as to recommend something for me please.
