Hi,

I've lost weight recently through both diet and exercise. Probably more exercise than diet, I do 4/5 classes at the gym per week plus some running as well.

The problem is that I'm definately getting a bit obsessive now, for example if I eat anything I think is unhealthy I want to work it off as soon as I can. I know this isn't a healthy attitude to have but I seem to have got into a cycle of restricting anything I think is unhealthy and feeling guilty about food in general. help

feeling guilty is not helping. i think it is all about a 'lifestyle change'. maybe join Sw or WW to give you a better outlook on food xxx
