DH is on about emmigrating to Canada in 18 months but the only thing stopping us is my weight . I need to loose over 10 stone and am determined to get there but have to have some help. THe doctors put me on oralstat and has advised me to go to a slimming club. I really dont have a clue which one is quicker to loose the weight. I have done both in the past but my heart wasnt in it. At the minute I cant to alot of exercise due to hip problem, so am not allowed to do aerobics ect. Any advice would be really appreicated. Thanks in advance.

I have lost 4 stone with slimming world at a rate of half a stone a month. Easier than WW I think. I do a bit of excercise gently everyday. Just walking the dogs and sometimes a bit of Wii fit.

I've lost nearly 2 stone in 5 months with WW would recommend it I found recipes easy to adapt so that DH and DC's could eat same things - meant I didn't feel deprived because they were eating something different. A bit of exercise every day as well, walking DCs to school etc whatever I can fit in.

i joined SW, and in 2 weeks have lost 12lb. i know it wont come off that quick all the time, but its about a lifestyle change more than a diet IYSWIM xx
