Postnatal Exercise DVDs

Hello

I have (happily) a three-month-old and (unhappily) a belly that is the same size it was when I was six months pregnant. My other friends with babies the same age have flat stomachs again but mine is showing no sign of decreasing. I had an emergency C-Section, so can't do vigorous exercise for another three months. However, I am very keen to shift the bulge. Has anyone else got/had this problem? Can someone recommend a good DVD? I'm particularly interested in one using an exercise ball (aka Swiss Ball, Fit Ball or Reebok Ball).

Thanking you kindly.

Cindy Crawfords is good. She did it for mums just after she had her baby.

It has 3 different workouts so you can go on to more intense ones when your ready.

I got it from Play.com for £5.99.

Thanks, both. I realise Kama that I will need to do cardio exercise as well as the Fit Ball. My physiotherapist recommended that I find a Fit Ball DVD specifically for postnatal women - as I can't do much ab work at the moment - but I just can't find one anywhere.
