Has anyone tried it? I am interested but think I might be being conned

Hi, my best friend actually ordered this product about a week ago and she seems happy with it. she said it's basically just a self hypnosis dvd and cd and a book i think. I was going to try it myself too but i think i'm going to wait to see if she actually does lose weight first!

There's loads of reviews about it everywhere, i read a blog that has some good weight loss tips and even they wrote quite a positive review on it. It's here if you want to read: slim girls box of secrets review

Why do you think its a con? it looked quite alright to me? Am I missing something!

I'm often sceptical about things like this but my hubby bought me the slim girls box of secrets (i probably wouldn't of!) and I'm really impressed.

Since having our little girl last year I havn't been totally happy with my body and either havn't had time (!) or energy to totally commit to any proper fitness to see results.

but this pack is great- I can do it when i've time and don't have to leave the living room!!!

Been doing it for a couple of weeks now and feeling great.

yeah it is good i got it on monday and ive started reading the book last night and i watched one of the dvds already. if it works ill let u know!

Samantha 83 and Elli could you tell me a bit about what it entails e.g how long do you have to lsiten to the cd and how often etc

hello melbob its 2 dvds, 2 cds, a book and a style kit which i like a lot. and the other thing i really like is that you can go on the website and talk to ali on the forum they have ont there.

all of it is done by ali. you should probably just try it if your interested because you can just send it back for a refund if it doesnt work for you. ive tried all of the slimming world, slim fast, etc etc etc stuff in the past and none of its ever worked for me so hopefully this will! ill keep u updated!

and btw tracey i read that website to its really good! small world!

hi every one please let me know if the slim girl box works, i have wasted so much money on diet pills, exercise machines and other diet plans, nothing has worked. the worse thing is still havn't learned my lesson, really dont want to lose any more money, so that's why i need 100% positive reviews about the slim girl box, really hope this is the answer, otherwise i'll be really disappointed, and get into depression again.so if you guys can kindly let me know and that you have actually lost any weight and that it's legit. thanks

Hiya Guys, sorry I havn't been on for ages.

I've been following the slim girls for a few months now and I think its great-really getting on well with it.

More than anything it's made me change my view on food and break forever-long habits. My worst was snacking when I was a bit down but with the help of the cd and book i've changed my habits.

As for the results, because I don't feel like I need to eat the crappy food I have lost my baby weight and can get back into my jeans I wore before I had my little girl. which has really boosted my confiedence!
I'm a lot more positive about myself since and have joined a yoga class!!

I would recommend the slim girls box but you do have to spend time reading the book and listen to the cd reguarly for it to really work.

Hi Guys - did any others of you take the plunge and try Slim Girl...? Im seriously thinking of getting it. But it costs a bomb and Im terrified of being conned. Im a few pounds over 10stone and 5"5 but its a constant battle to stay there and I can never lose that last 10lb

To late! Ive gone and brought it. I will let you know how I get on.

Hi - I'm quite interested in this, but I really don't see how it's that much different from the paul Mckeena thing from a couple of years back. I've read a review "here" that says it's similar but a lot more involved, and I just wanted a bit more feedback before I buy
