Am hoping to lose some weight by the end of the year as I have put on nearly a stone since my wedding in Jan and hadn't reached my target then anyway. I am 5ft 3 and currently 10st 8. Would like to be 9st. Is it reasonable for me to get to this weight if I carry on with 1300 cals a day plus an hour of aerobics 5 times a week? Have been doing this for a week and lost 5lbs (obviously lots of water loss for the first week).
