Hi - last week signed up for Great South Bupa Run - would love to hear from any-one else doing this or indeed any-one else who is training for any run. I've downloaded a 10 week training plan which I'm hoping to stick to but even more critical for me is to implement some dietary changes - the hardest for me being giving up the booze whilst I'm in training. I normally drink most nights and at weekends considerably more and have come to rely on it as a stress relief. I know that to train & run to my optimum I need to give it up but I need some help on this and my training journey - would love some like minded company please!!
