I've been on WW points and lost 1st 1lb but am finding it hard to maintain my new weight. Thinking of trying Core/SF. Anyone had any experience of it? What are the difficulties and the advantages? I really want to stay slim but maintaining seems harder than loosing...

i found i lost quickly on the core plan (about 3 years ago)

The advantages are that you dont have to track particularly or bother about counting many points, also oddly I found i ate lots of bananas on the core plan, something i avoid normally on ww cos of the high points value!

The disadvantage for me was that the food can be a little boring unless you are very inventive. You cannot really have any ketchup/salad cream/low fat marg on food (although you can use your 3 daily points for these). I found I was eating the same things again and again eg beans on jacket potato. If you are good with spices and herbs this might be easier for you.
