portion plates/diet plates, are they any good?

im sick of lettuce.... honestly im getting depresed at the thought of eating it again!.... diets dont really do it for me ,and im forgetting to do the food focus thing....wieghing everything and loging it...i stumbled across portion plate on amazon and wondered do they work?
Has anyone used one?

I have no idea what they are. Have you tried WeightWatchers? There must be effective diets around where you don't have to weigh & log.

exercise more and buy yourself smaller plates. Walk wherever possible and try to raise your heartbeat for brisk walks at least twice a day. The more you exercise the less you need to worry about portion control or low calorie foods but these plates seem expensive and gimmicky when you can buy smaller plates at Ikea.

Also read up on what a portion should be. EG a portino of rice = 3 tablespoons. A portion of cheese = matchbox, a portion of meat = playing cards.
