yes you have to follow a low fat diet as well - so there no proof that it the pills working - rather the fact you've changed your diet.

Are they maybe just a diuretic - i.e you will lose water?

ive been thinking of using these too. u beat me to it in asking the mners! anyone tried them?

Well, I bought Boots own which has exactly the same ingredients and wow look at the price. You are supposed to take one after every meal, but I can honestly say that I never remember on a regular basis, therefore I have only taken them literally after an evening meal every few days. Not surprising I've not noticed any difference!

If you do a 'mumsnet search' for Adios, you'll find the suggestion to buy the Boots cheaper version and they're supported with claims to have worked!

I tryed them alongside Fat Magnets from Superdrug. I have to be honest that I am not 100% convinced that they did much. Although I did feel better for taking them, if that makes sense!

I lost my pregnancy weight quickly whilst taking Adios but I was on a very strict diet of 1100 cals per day, so it was difficult to tell! Sorry I cant be of much help, if the Boots one are cheaper and have the same ingredients it may be worth giving them a go whilst dieting.
