Can you recommend a good YOGA DVD (not necessarily post natal)

Hi
I had my 3rd DC a month ago and looking to get back into shape (aren't we all?)

I am looking for a good yoga dvd that will challenge me but that's not too complicated. I'm fairly flexible/fit and have done yoga during pg and over the years on and off. I am hoping it will tone me up and strengthen my core.

Any good recommendations out there?

I would start with Shiva Rea's postnatal if I were you. It has different levels.

Or look for Rodney Yea. He does several.

Take it easy!

Sorry, Rodney Yee.

I have just started Yoga for Weightloss by Kisen, it was recommended on MN.

I am fairly fit but not flexible but am working through the moves, it's good.

He is the Yoga teacher who transformed Geri Halliwell, apparently.
