hello, am interested in the whole gi thing and from reading some of the other threads here , it seems to be working. but i feel i need a little guidance in this, so, was thinking of signing up with tescos online gi diets. they measure your bmi, tell you your target weight and even do out a shopping list for you. i realise it could be a very clever sales gimick, but was wondering if anyone is doing it and is it worth the £30 (for 10 weeks) price tag.

I looked a that but thought that my money may be better spent on the Helen Foster book

I would buy a book instead, a lot of people like Helen Foster or you could try one of the original Rick Gallop ones.
