Hi Ladies,

Today is the first day of the rest of my life. I have had enough of being fat. My ds is 15 months old so have no excuses.

I find it really helpful to post how I have done each day, gives me motivation to not veer too far from my healthy eating plan as I will have to tell all!!! So here goes,

Breakfast: Bran Flakes with semi-skimmed milk
Snack: Fresh peas from pod (odd I know but I love em!)
Lunch: WW cheese spread, turkey and salad sandwich on granary bread
Snack: Fat free yogurt
Dinner: Omlette, cottage cheese and salad
Desert: Snack a jacks caramel

As its only 2.40pm I am hoping I stick to dinner and snack I've planned and not eat anything other than that today!

So who's next?

ok today is looking like this....

brekkie - branflakes and milk, glass of orange juice.

lunch 0 bagel with low fat cream cheese and cucumber, packet of snack a jacks,

tea: tomato soup and toast - then off to cinema (AVOID POPCORN)

This was me today:

breakfast - bran flakes with semi skimmed milk
lunch - granary roll with ww cheese, chicken and salad then a banana, nectarine and some grapes
dinner - small jacket potato with cottage cheese and salad, 2 big crackers with jam
