Am thinking of adding either lipobind or appesat to my calorie controlled diet to assist. Don't relly want to touch alli as have heard too many horror stories.
I can get the weight off with a calorie contorlled diet as I have done it before but I do want a bit of help to give me a) a boost at the start or b)to make me stick at it longer.
So what really worked for you?
