How many points (weight watchers) in shredded wheat.

Cant seem to find the points for shredded wheat in my books, can anyone tell me please

sorry i don't do WW but on my Scottish Slimmers one, each 25cals = 1 check ie if shredded wheat is 200cals would be 8 checks.

thanks ladies, i dont have any shredded wheat to check cals and sat fat (i am asking for my dad who does weight watchers) but will have a look in tesco next time I go in

Just googled Shredded Wheat and worked out the points. A 45g serving with 125ml of semi-skimmed milk is 2 points.
