Interval training on exercise bikes...

Is anyone else doing this? I've just started it, and it's very tough!! Just wondering if there's anyone who has been doing this for a while and if they've noticed the results of weight loss happen after a few months or so?

I do this three times a week (30 min sessions). How long do you stay on your bike for?

Don't exactly do interval training but go to a 45 min spinning class 3 times a week. Started because my brother lost 4 inches off his waist (and everywhere else by the look of him!) without changing his diet at all. I have been going 6 months or so and have lost 2 stone without dieting at all. Took about a month to get going but have lost steadily since then.

thanks achovies you and your brother and the others in the class seem to have noticed that spinning works! congrats on your weight loss, that's amazing!!

I'm not sure what I'm doing is spinning but my weight is staying the same so I'm putting it down to muscle gain.

Hardly hear of anyone using exercise bikes these days, yet it's a reliable way of burning the calories! Or so I've read. Been doing this now since mid-May this year.
