Help what slimming mag is any good ?

Motivational support needed. I find reading about what I'm working towards always helps.

I like Zest magazine and Health & Fitness is quite good

Both great mags that I've read in the past. Just to many skinny well toned woman makes me feel depressed.

Real life story of weigh loss always good makes me feel if they can do it I can. Plus lots of tips on weight loss.
