Has anybody tried slimming tablets to aid in loosing weight? Argos are selling some called 'slender day' I think. They are meant to make you feel more full up.

Does anybody know anything about them?

thanks

Tablets of any kind (unless prescribed by a doctor) are a waste of money, IMHO. Do you eat from physical hunger or are you a comfort-eater? Most of us who want to lose weight fall into the latter category. And if so, no tablet will be able to help you get slim, I'm afraid. You need to change the reasons why you're eating and make healthier food choices.
Slimming World's quite good for comfort eaters because you don't have to count calories and certain foods like baked potatoes, pasta and rice, can be eaten freely, ie, as many servings as you wish.

Another naysayer for tablets unless prescribed. These can have potentially dangerous side effects in addition to being ineffective.

Diet and exercise is the only way.
