I've got about 2 1/2 stones to lose and would really like to know what would be a realistic time frame to lose it in. My thoughts are that I should be able to lose a stone a month but not sure whether that's feasible or not (I'm picturing a slim summer lol). I'm doing the Paul Mckenna book/cd which is working for me at the moment (week two) so fingers crossed but I'd be grateful to know other's opinions. Ta

Hi Sorrysausage - think a healthy weightloss is 1-2lb a week. Often more goes in first couple of weeks though, I think.
I've got that Paul McKenna book - it seems really good.
I get sooooo impatient though - want to lose loads of weight NOW!!
Good luck - just think how fab you'll look by July!

It's so frustating tho' isn't it. From listening to the cd I am imagining myself as a slim person so that's how I already think of myself - but then I see myself in the mirror and get a bit of a shock!!

Reckon first bit the most frustrating - stick with it!
