Title says it all really. I would like to lose some weight, I walk a lot but do not exercise as often as I would like too.
My BMI is just in the lowest recomemded for ALI but it scares me. I am not really after a miracle cure that would make me loose weight doing nothing but I would like a little boost at least at the beginning.
Has anyone taken ADIOS? How does it help if at all? Is it worth trying or just a waste of time and money?
