Hi all.
Im so fed up with feeling tired nearly ALL day, from the minute I get up! Im fed up with eating crap to try and give my self a boost and I want to shift half a stone.
How? I am quite active anyway, run 3 times a week and horse ride and run after 2 kids!
Im thinking a total detox but is that too extreme and will it make me feel rubbish? Will I feel better in the long run though?
